Drop the artic silver, the retail processor comes with paste on it.

Get the same hd, but get the 7200.11 version, it has 32mb of cache.

Change the dvd burner to a lite-on retail version.

what's a lite-on dvd burner? Can you post a link to a relatively good yet cheap one on newegg?

Wow, the 32mb version is the EXACT same price. What's the difference though?

Any reason why this is better, or is it just because of the Nero software that's bundled with it?

The retail version comes with nero, but also, Lite-On has a good solid reputation.
