Would help if you posted a short discription next to each link, I really dont have time to click on every link just to see what the parts are. Like post E6320 next to the CPU link it would make it much faster to review.

I would make a few changes.
You didn't say what your budget was, so I'll try and find things close to the original price. CPU: For a few dollars more, get the e6750. MB: that one is older technology, you would probably do better with a P5K variant. HD: Seagate 500gb 7200.11 32mb cache, and it's cheeper: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148288 DVD: Lite-on retail dvd burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106057 Video Card: Look at the 8800gt(depends on your budget) You don't need a modem unless you use dial-up. Keyboard, and mouse are up to you. For an OS, in order for the operating system to fully see all 4gb of ram, you will need a 64bit OS. Vista 64 is nice.
