New Build...need help with my parts list

I have put together a list for my new build and I just would like to make sure that I have picked out good parts that will work for my needs. I am fairly new to this so any advice would be awesome.
My budget is about $1000 or less. I will be using this for Photoshop. 3D modeling (Viz, 3d studio max, Revit, Cinema 4D....), I will also be doing cad work, photoshop, and other design type stuff. I play some games but nothing supre demanding (mainly the Sims 2). I would like to have something that I can upgrade so I don't want really old technology but I also feel like I don't need to have the top of the line right now.

So here is my list:
Case:

PSU

MOBO
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131030

Processor
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819115017

RAM
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145590

Video Card
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130290

Hard Drive
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16822148288

Burner
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106057

Total (with shipping) is approx = $940 (there are a few rebates if I order by tomorrow that)

I already have Monitor, Key Board/Mouse, OS (I have XP and also I just got a copy of Vista....I don't really like Vista that much so I'll probably run XP for now and maybe upgrade to Vista later)

I am not sure about my video card because most of the literature/reviews out there are for gamers. I do a lot of rendering which can be demanding so if it would be better to get a bigger video card, please let me know which card might work out better.

Looks good however I would switch that Mb to the Asus P5k it supports a higher FSB then the P5B other than that it looks good. That video card is a good choice especially if you decide to play more intense games in the future..
