Mini-Itx Computer

I'm looking to build a small computer to hook up to my standard definition (640x480) tv to use mostly for watching video and possibly mild gaming (2004 games and older). I've looked a small form factor pc's from shuttle and it seems like it would cost a lot more than a mini-itx computer, so I'd like some suggestions/comments on the computer parts list. I'm living in canada, so if someone knows a store/website where they sell the parts other than ebay, I would be glad to take a look there. My budget for the computer is under $300 and I'll be using either windows 2000 or some version of linux, I already have the OS discs. I'll probably be buying this in about 2 months, but seems like most mini-itx parts don't change in price much, and I need to figure out how much I need to save up.

Here's the list I put so far:

Where is your motherboard? If I were you I'd go full ATX, a mini ITX probably won't have the power supply to handle a nice video card.

The last link is the motherboard/processor,it's referred to as micro-atx, but it's actually mini-itx since it has only one expansion slot. I don't need a particularly powerful video card, or any particularily powerful processor since this will be used for light media and possibly light gaming. I don't imagine 640x480 to be very resource intensive, especially since if I will game I will be using older game (2004 and older). I'll mostly be using this computer for watching media (divx, xvid, mkv, ogm, and possibly h.264) since my DVD player only supports MPEG-2 and AVI (not divx or xvid, just basic AVI). The power supply included with this case has enough power for the components I've picked out, and I don't want to have a large computer running beside the TV, especially because it will most likely cost more than $300 which is my budget.

Thermaltake has some cube type cases that are pretty nice.

They have a removeable motherboard tray. It all depends what kind of style of case you want.

Here is a photo of the thermaltake HTPC case.

I was looking at a mini-itx case for two reasons, one it's made for mini-itx, so if I were to get a larger case, there wouldn't be any point to getting a mini-itx motherboard, and second of all the price; the case I have linked has an included power supply and is about half the price of the cases you linked. I won't need a lot of power for this system, just looking for something small and inexpensive.
