Just wondering if the $ is worth the jump from the intel e6750 to the e8400.

Shop around for the E8400. The price may vary a bit from place to place. Looks like it is getting more expensive, not less expensive. Might find if for around $210 or so.

Last time I checked it was about $30 more which is a small step. I agree with piasa, it looks like the 6750 is holding steady and the price on the 8400 is going up, supply and demand..
![]() At $30 I would have said it was worth it. At $50 I am not sure anymore. I already have a 6750 so I dont have to make that decision......... good luck. Kat

Ok thanks for everyones help!! $50 I was hoping the price would drop...oh well
Does the 6750 run hotter? Probably nothing I would even notice. Tough decision. Ponder a couple weeks and see what happens... Thanks again! |
