First Build
OK attempting my first build.
Looking to spend $1,500 and using the set up for media perposes, such as; DVD ripping, home movies, audio storage. Basicly a Powerhouse for my media store and burning. Keyboard and mouse i already have and my monitor ill be using my tv because i am going to use the pc for burning and storage but who knows down the road. I am an Ex-computer gamer so i want the option to upgrade in the future just in case. Seeing as it will be used to hold media and not really access media (IE watch movies from but there will be mp3 played most likly) i was thinking a highend sound and video card was not nessecary but than again i dont know enough about their role in my needs of hardware. This is what im looking at: Antec Nine Hundred Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case ASUS M2N-SLI Deluxe AM2 NVIDIA nForce 570 SLI MCP ATX AMD Motherboard w/ Pwer Combo AMD Athlon 64 X2 6000+ Windsor 3.0GHz 2 x 1MB L2 Cache Socket AM2 125W Dual-Core Processor HDD Thanks for any advice ahead of time, Bob |
