AMD or Intel?
If i am right in saying that AMD is a processor brand, then which should i go for, for a gaming computer? a AMD or a Intel? which ones has the market lead and which one is compatible with everything else?

A lot comes down to what your budget is. Intel is currently leading in the high end processors but if your budget is more mid range you can often get more bang for the buck with AMD.
With the right video card, both brands of CPU can be excellent gamers. Kat
