A few more questions

Ok, I had a post here a while back asking for help with choosing components. I got a lot of great advice, and I finally was able to order the parts yesterday.

Now as I wait for the parts to get here I wanted to ask for your help once again.

1. I'm replacing the mobo, video card, memory and CPU. I was told I can just do a repair install of windows XP. So should the order be:

A. Remove the old Video card drivers and mobo drivers.
B. Take the system apart and install the new parts.
C. Do repair install of XP.
D. Install new mobo and vid card drivers.

2. considering how hard it is (at least in my experience) to install the clips on the heatsink/fan (I am getting the ZALMAN 9500A 92mm 2 Ball CPU Cooler) should I install the processor and heatsink/fan BEFORE mounting the mobo in the case? (That's what I've done before)

Thanks again for the advice.
