Please Check Planned Build
Time for a new build. Looking for any kind of compatibility issues so any advice would be greatly appreciated. Not interested in SLI and I already have a case.

Any specific reason you're going with a MSI motherboard?
Samsung drives have awful reliability and I would look at LG, NEC or Lite-On instead. The other parts look fine. Cricket

That ram is overkill unless you plan on overclocking.
Also check out the XFX line of video cards. They just announced a nice price drop. http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc..._-NA-_-NA-_-NA I also think the raptor is overpriced, and a larger cache drive would be better.

You're absolutely right. I misread that. Sorry about the mix up. Unfortunaley, I don't see them announcing the 8800gts as being reduced in price.

Stay away from MSI, their Customer Support is non-existant. Go with Asus, they are best of the best.
