Get a retail processor.
Get a better power supply. Refer to this: http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195 Get a sata connection for your dvd.

Processor looks good.
Check this dvd burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106072 And I would personally want a bit more headroom with the power supply. Here is a good 550w: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139004 |

Raidmax power supplies are just as bad as Apevias. Stick with the Corsair shadow suggested.

List looks good, but I'd recommend getting some faster RAM. DDR2 800 is not much more expensive. In fact, this Corsair RAM will end up being cheaper after the mail in rebate.

The Crucial Ballistix PC2 6400 2GB Kit is great bang for the buck, and happens to be on the recommended memory list for the DS3L. I have it, and it runs great. Not to mention its $30 after rebate as well.
