People from this forum generally wouldn't recommend an SLI setup as it doesn't offer a good performance increase unless you have a gigantic screen. Either way I recommend you wait a little longer as nVidia is going to be releasing a new video card line up at the end of this and beginning of the next month. The 9800GX2 (If you want SLI you might consider this, as it is just two higher clocked/tweaked 8800 GPUs stuck together), the 9800GTX, and 9800GT.

Not a fan of SLI but if you go that direction be sure you have enough PSU to back it up. Check out this site for PSU requirements
http://www.slizone.com/object/slizone_build_psu.html I agree with Ferrus that it is pretty late to be getting into an 8800 GT SLI setup. If history repeats itself the new generation card will out-perfrom two last generation cards in SLI so since the 8900 is just around the corner it probably is not a good time to buy two 8800 GTs. Also, with the introduction of the new 8900 GX2 you can probably accomplish the same results for much less money if you wait. I have not heard alot about A-data ram so I generally recommend bigger name brands like Corsair, Crucial, and Mushkin. But I have not heard anything bad either so if you have a great price it might be worth a try. That is a lot of HD. I think the sweet spot right now is around 500 GB so unless you really need that much space you could save a bit there. If I ever get to the point that I require that much space I will go for extrerman HD back ups, I just cant see the need for a TB of storage on the computer itself. Kat
