Angry Fire can't get my new PC to work

Ok, so I just set up my new PC, checked to make sure everything was put together right, hit the power button and nothing happened. I have double checked all my connections, there good. When I press the power button, a little light on the mother board turns on and thats it. I thought maybe the power supply was bad, but I hooked it up to another computer and it works just fine. But I can't even get the power supply fan to spin when its hooked up to my new comp. Any ideas!!

specs-
Antec Neopower 480W PSU
EVGA nForce 650i ultra

any help would be greatly appreciated!

first off, please list ALL the system specifications. MB, CPU, RAM, HD, PSU, Video.

Next, try this:

If you still can not get it to post then at least we know it is one of your core components that is causing the problem. With it in the case it could be a simple short or somethinig and there is almost no way to find those so test it outside first so we can narrow it down.
