Question New System

Hello everyone, i would like some input on this build i have going. The items on this list is the only items i need. I have the other items to finish the build off. Well my income is around 800 to mid 800.

I made is wish list, this should work just post your thoughts please.

p.s. I need some thoughts if the CPU would be powerful enough to handle the video card.

I highly suggest you go with Seasonic, Antec, FSP or Sparkle for a power supply. Antec and Seasonic come with a 5 year warranty.

If you are planning on SLI you need a bigger PSU also.

If not planning on SLI there are likely better boards out, although I am not sure what is best for a AMD build.

I would highly recommned that you look at the GT or GTS (G92) video cards instead of the GTX. The GTX is way over priced for the small performance gain it gives over the lower cost options. With the 9800 series scheduled for release any day it is a bad time to buying the top end card currently on the market. If you really want a GTX then wait for the 9800 release and prices to drop.

I have not built AMD for a long time so will leave CPU suggestions to others.

Dont forget a burner and OS.

Yeah I thanks for the reminder about the new 9800 series, a friend of mine got one a few weeks ago but would not tell anyone who his people were to get one. but he has a lot of money and gets everything be for it comes out. but i read that they was going to released today, who knows.
