help w/ psu

hi i need help choosing a psu

computer has:
core 2 quad
asus maximus board
8 gigs ddr2
4 hard drives
3 case fans
dvd burner

want to over clock and be able to use up to 2 external hard drives at once.

would like one w/ only 1 rail. how big should it be? any input on good manufacturers would be very helpfull.

Do you have a video card, or is this for on-board video?
