Is this build able to be overclocked?

Im planning my set-up and doing a lot of research trying to be as cheap as possible. I think i have the final stuff down, know im just wondering if im going to be able to easily overclock my CPU to at least 3.2Ghz

Processor
Intel Core 2 Duo E6750 Conroe 2.66GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor $179.99

Mother Board
MSI P6N SLI Platinum LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard $129-$20 rebate= $109.99

Memory
CORSAIR XMS2 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400) $69-$40 reabte= $29
Power Supply
Thermaltake TR2 W0070RUC ATX 430W Power Supply
$40-$10 rebate= $30
Im also planning on getting a 8800Gt after prices fall with all the new cards hoping to get one for $150

Not too sure on power supplies, but everything that i have selected is around the price i would like to spend, now im just wondering if this motherboard will be good enough for easily overclocking, i will be reusing a 160GB hard drive, a HD DVD drive and CD-RW drive and windows XP home edition to cut costs.

If you're not going to be running to video cards in SLI, the Asus P5K-SE is a cheaper motherboard with better support than the MSI motherboard and is good for overclocking. If you keep the set up the same as above, you shouldn't have any problems getting the processor to 3.2GHz, but you should consider an aftermarket cooler such as the Artic Freezer 7 Pro (if you get the Asus motherboard and this cooler, it will cost you about $110).

Definately look into an after market cooler if you're going to try for that speed 24/7. I would also look into at least a 500w power supply, especially if over clocking, and getting a 8800gt later on.

im actaully planning on getting all this stuff around June, so im guessing the prices will be lower. Im just trying to be as cheap as possible, while still having an amazing PC capable of playing new games, authoring HD DVDs, DVDs, and playing HD content such as blu ray and HD DVD.

If you are not planning to buy until June, then I would come back with a new build thread then, because prices change, new things will be out, budget may change, etc.
