If you buy the "Retail" version of the CPU, you'll get a heatsink and fan.
Your Antec case comes with 3 fans already. That's plenty. Your motherboard chipsets don't need fans, they have heatsinks for cooling. As for the software, look around in the Security and Software forums. We recommend AVG and CCleaner.

For just another $15, you can get an 8800GTS instead of that 8800gt.
Otherwise, get a cheaper 8800gt. There is an EVGA and a PNY for $160. |

the Antec 900 has 4 fans with an option for 2 more so cooling will not be an issue. Unless planning on a very major OC you can step down to 800 ram. 1066 just will not show any benefit at stock or mild OC processor speeds. I would switch to a 7200.11 Seagate HD with 32 mb cache. WD might also have a 32 mb cache available.
You dont list a PSU. I would recomend something around 550 watts +. The Corsair 550 is a very nice unit but not sure if it is still on sell. Check out prices and just be sure to find something rated on the good side of this list. http://forum.pcmech.com/showthread.php?t=131195 Kat
