PSU question. Help ASAP, plz? =)

Will this 650W PSU connect to all three of these?:
Lite-On, Gigabyte mobo, and this PALiT GPU?

Oh, and this Seagate 7200.11 HDD also?

Thank you very much for the quick response!
I plan to overclock, so I decided to buy a 650W... I just had a last minute doubt it might not connect to all my components.

99.9% of all PC parts are ATX, which means compatibility is guaranteed.
