Mr

Hello, Having built my first computer my problem is on start up. On the screen I get a message telling me to 'Insert a bootable CD and reboot. All I have is the CD for the drivers need that came with my mobo but the same message comes up when I insert it. I have read that I must go into the BIOS and change the settings, being a newbie I am not sure how to do this, please help thanks.

Do you have a Windows (or other OS) disk? You need that to install an operating system.

I'm sorry, but if this turns out to be the solution, I might not be able to stop laughing for a while.
