For $130, you can get a 9600gt. Definitely get that. I threw up a little in my mouth when a saw a 6 series card on your list.

The way the list is organized is a little messy and the prices don't show up properly. The actual price of the 6200 is $18.99 and it's a pretty good card for running linux. Might want to take a look at a less expensive motherboard, with upgrading in mind, an Asus M3A motherboard would fit the bill.

Why the M3A? What makes it better?

It supports PCIe 2.0 which will work better with future video cards, and it's AM2+ which lets you use Phenom processors with HT3.0 whereas AM2 motherboards have PCIe 1.1 or 1.0 and support HT 2.0.

The http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131289 has some issues with it. Hybrid Crossfire only works on vista and mandated use of a usb keyboard. What is the difference in pci e slots and HT slots?

I was referring to the M3A standard, the one with the 770 chipset: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131234

This motherboard from Gigabyte is probably a better choice thought: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813128081
