three prong plug for a two pin connection...
Just finished building a new computer and everything seems to be going alright with one exception. The cord coming from the light on the front of the case (Antec P182) has a three "prong" connector on it. Unfortunately, my motherboard (EVGA 780i) only has a two pin connector for that particular connection.
Is there an adapter or something that I could use?

Oops... I needed to update my signature with my new build specs.
Sorry for the repetition. |

You should be able to move one wire in the three-prong connector over. Look closely at the connector and you should see a square or rectangular hole in the side with a metal tab sticking up into it. Press down on the tab with a small screwdriver and pull the wire and the pin should slide out of the connector body. Just slide it down into the middle hole in the connector until the tab snaps into place. You may have to move both pins this way if there's no room for the extra part of the connector or if the connector only goes one way and the pins are in the wrong places.
