Guys, I need help to choose AMD or Intel

I don't know what my problem is. I have built comps for other people with no problem whatsoever. But when it comes to mine, I cannot for the life of me decide what parts to choose. I don't know if I have a weird form of OCD or what, but when I put a list together I spend days reworking it. So I have to ask you all to help me choose so I can be done with it and start the build.

I have put together two lists. One is an Intel which I have never done before but would like to see how it rates. And the second is AMD which is more my comfort zone. Help me choose which of the two I should go with.
