Check out this review to help you chose video card. There is a good table on the last page that ranks just about every card.
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/...ards,1805.html when on the site you might check to see if they have a newer review, they are up-dating them about every month so this one might be last months. Cant help with sound card, I am very happy with the 5.1 that came with my P5K so have little reason to get a seperate card. You might try out on-board sound first, a sound card is easy to add if you find you want more. Kat

Try saving around £40 more to get the evga 9600GT or 8800GT. They will run WOW well for yours system.

Here is a good video card for about £100 including VAT (ASUS HD3870): http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showpr...=56&subcat=416

Try out the program first on the onboard audio and see how it is. If it is not to your liking then upgrade to an external sound card.

If you do decide to purchase a sound card, I'd recommend this one from Asus for about $90

I've got a 9600GT and recommend it as a good card without having to spend a ton of money. As for sound...I think most people are pretty happy with on-board sound these days, but if you have to buy, SoundBlaster X-Fi is is a good way to go.

I personally will not by another Creative soundcard again. I would suggest an alternative if you need a sound card.

I question the quality of that power supply. Most cases that come with power supplies come with cheap, substandard quality units.

You are better going with this Antec Case http://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx...50882,44110000
The power supply is the most important part of your computer. A bad power supply could result in you losing your entire build in a flash.
