Looks like you did your research, good list. A couple of things, the CPU you picked is an OEM so you would need to add a heatsink to your list or get retail which comes with a heatsink.

Ok I have replaced it with this. anything esle?

Will I need any thermal compounds or anything like that or will all that be included?

The stock HS/F will have a thermal pad.

I'd go with a SATA optical drive instead of IDE. I'd also suggest a DVD Burner instead.
