Ok heres the Deal,
I customized my pc back in 2005....long story short.....my pc went into standby one day and When i came back i saw that the light was still flashing....good to go....i push the power button and the PC wouldnt turn back on. I held the button wouldnt turn off. The Reset button Wouldnt Work either. SO i had to unplugg the PC to turn it off. When i turned it back on after a few hours it wouldnt turn on when i pushed the power button. The powersupply must be ok because the mo0therboard light comes on. So heres the deal, did the wires to my CASE go bad? or is my MOBO fried? I went to the geek squad and one of the guys said tp put a screw driver on the part where the power and reset plugs are on the MOBO and turn on the PC and that didnt work. Im LIVID WHATS GOIN ON HERE!!!!!

Try this out of case build: PROBLEMS with a NEW BUILD? Try This!!
If you still can't get it to post, please reply back and list all parts, make and model. Just cause the motherboard lights up doesn't mean the power supply is good.

So with just the bare minimum out of the case you couldn't get it to post?
I would try a new power supply first then. |

Once you have just the bare minimum, then it becomes a game of substitution.
Like I said before, try a new power supply first. |
