Problems With A New Build

So I just built my first computer and here are some of the specs

MSI P43 Neo3-F LGA 775 Intel ATX Motherboard
MSI RX3850-T2D512E OC Radeon HD 3850 Video Card
Corsair 750W Power Supply
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9300 Yorkfield 2.5GHz LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor
Corsair 4GB DDR2 800 Ram
Western Digital 750Gb hard drive

So I built the entire computer and made sure everything was set up correctly and when I started it up it worked just fine, I got the drive formatted, the OS installed and started installing drivers. Once I was done installing the drivers I turned it off, moved it to the desk where I would be using it, and when I tried to turn it on it didn't work. The fans and leds turned on for maybe a second or two, then turned off, then turned back on and stayed on, but at this point I'm getting no signal on my monitor, and also the light on my optical mouse, and the light on my keyboard don't come on. The drives are running, all the fans are running, the optical drive is on, and I can even open and close it but that's about all. At first I was assuming that I just loosened a connection when I moved it, but so far I've unplugged everything and plugged them all back in, but with the same results. So now I'm thinking the problem is more serious. Hopefully someone knows what the problem is and can help me out. Thank you.

Is it caused by hareware compatibility?

I don't think so, because like I said it was working just fine for a while, but I'm not completely sure that's not the problem.

From what you said, sounds like power's not getting to the motherboard (since the only things not coming on are connected to power through the motherboard.. I'd double check the power lead to the motherboard again. Other than that, I don't know... could be shorting somewhere. Might try the sticky for troubleshooting, take it out of the case and test it.

Switch the PSU off.
Unplug it.
Press the POWER ON button in for about 5 seconds.
Move your CMOS Jumper to the CLEAR POSITION. (SEE YOUR MANUAL)
Leave it there about 15-30 seconds.
Move it back to the NORMAL POSITION.
Plug everything back in and switch on the PSU.
Boot up, go into BIOS and LOAD OPTIMIZE DEFAULTS. SAVE & EXIT.
The other adjustments that you will make will be based on your system's hardware specs.
Try that.
Report back.

So I tried those suggestions, as well as trying out different ram, and a different video card, with exactly the same results each time, so after having a friend who is more experienced go through the same things he seems to think it's the motherboard, and that it needs to be replaced so I think that will be my next step. Thanks for the suggestions.

Seems kind of unlikely that the motherboard would become faulty after a short move.

I'd try an out of case build before you RMA anything. PROBLEMS with a NEW BUILD? Try This!!

Did you remember to clear CMOS again when you installed different RAM?
And then reset your BIOS hardware specs?
Just covering the bases.

Yes I cleared the CMOS when I changed the ram, and I can't even get into the BIOS, I'm not getting any signal to the monitor at all.
