New Order
Hey all. Just thought I'd give a little update to everyone on the "build it yourself" forum.
I decided to upgrade my socket 939 AMD X2 4800+ processor. I just placed the following order on Newegg. CPU: Intel E8500 MoBo: Asus P5Q Pro RAM: G.Skill 2x2GB DDR2 PC2 6400 Video Card: Asus Radeon 4850 Total Cost was $582.96 with a $30.00 MIR for the video card, making the total $552.96. On a side note... my 939 X2 4800+ sold for $200.00 on EBay, so anyone still holding onto a 939 socket processor should seriously think about upgrading. I got more money for my 4800+ than I paid for my E8500! Last edited by alanebro82; 07-25-2008 at 08:04 AM. |
