Parts List Opinions for Old School guy

Just want to make sure I am not buying parts that will not work together and that they are good parts. I used to build a lot but then I got a job outside of Computers so I am really way behind in technology as you can see from my siggy. If I am going overkill on anything please let me know. I will use this for surfing web, MS Office, minor photo and video editing, light gaming. I am thinking this may be extreme for what I want to do but I also don't believe in building something new that is already very outdated. I dont play any high end games. Call of Duty, Delta Force is about it and only on rare occassions. Also will this be a quiet PC? My current system was built using quiet fans and also has been extremely reliable (never been down).

64 Commodore, I am not THAT Old School.

Thanks guys, would you say this will be a medium of the road build or is my processor/mobo/ram fairly current and advanced? I think my vid card is kinda outdated but should be ok for my use.

EDIT:
Will it also be quiet?
