Looks good.
The power supply is overkill. A Corsair 650 could power that system easily for half the price. I'd go with a DVD Burner instead of CD Burner. Finally, the extra cooling is overkill. Your case already has 3 big fans.

the case has 5 big fans =] and i wanted the psu that big thinking expansion *and its only 50 bucks over some of the best 750's*
and i already have a dvd burner *and i never use it* ill just use it maybe on occasion by using the ide port for once. =] |
