Newpc b uild help needed please

Hi, i just built a new pc i conected everything up and pluged it all in, when i turn the pc on i only get the first screenthat showes the prosseser and the ram i also get 1 short beep any 1 help please??

I have the graphics cared powerd up but there is another calbe that im not sure were to plug it it the cabe is black and orange and has seperate pins

Any help wold be fantastic
