Looks good, but that psu (fan) you listed is garbage. Never skimp on the psu as it is the most important part of the system.. Pick one from here instead What Power Supply should I get? How many Watts? Who made it? Guide Inside

Try again. The goal is to avoid the 'bad' list, while successfully choosing a PSU from the 'good' list.

Generally, all ATX PSUs will fit into all ATX cases without a problem. Yours should be fine.

If you want a overkill psu: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139006 (Cheaper then what you picked)

DVD Burner: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16827106265

I personally don't think it's worth getting a blu-ray burner yet. I would wait.

You don't need an aftermarket heatsink unless you're going to overclock. The processor comes with a heatsink already.

I would pass on a sound card for now. Onboard sound is pretty good. You can alway get a sound card later on if you feel the need to.

Change the ram to this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145590 or if you want 4gb, then this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820145184

Thanks for the info. I made the changes you had suggested. Would a different case be suggested?

Case is a personal preference. I have, and like both the Antec 900 and the Antec 300.
