mobo choice

i just got antec 300 case and it says it will fit an atx board. my stupid question of the day is...............will it take a micro atx also. everything i read about it, including book that came with it, just mention atx, nothing about micro. i'm assuming it would, just don't want to order one and it not line up properly. actually, i can't remember what the book says about mobos, i'm just too lazy right now to walk back in the other room and get it.

this is the board i had originally picked: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813157130

and this 1 was suggested to me in another thread: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131278

both will serve my purposes just fine, as this will just be general purpose machine. browsing internet, watching movies, and for work. i would like to leave room for a quad core later but will probably just stick a core 2 duo for now. i would like keep price below $100 since i am on a limited budget right now. any and all suggestion (especially advice for a novice bulder) are appreciated.

thanks
ronin

ps. i do know that atx case should take everything below it and so on, just trying to make sure.

A Micro ATX MOBO will work in the Antec 300 as shadowpr has pointed out.
I would suggest the Asus board over the ASRock...if for no other reason, the PSU is installed in the bottom of the Antec 300. The PSU connector on the ASRock board is located just above the PCIE slot and just below the CPU. That could cause some problems considering the size of the PSU to MOBO wiring bundle..
