Socket 939
I'm looking for a socket 939 motherboard for an older system.
Only such motherboard I can find around my area is the Foxconn 6100K8MA-RS which is a micro ATX. Will my 6600GT GPU and Arctic Cooling Freezer Pro 64 fit on that thing (in an Antec Sonata II case)? Would I be better off going to ebay and buying another Asus A8N-E (seem to be going for approx. $75 + $10 Shipping) or an ECS KN1 SLi Extreme (currently at $25 + $16 shipping)?

I don't think your ACF will fit on that. It requires a AM2+ board. The board you chose is a AM Socket 939.
I am not sure about the 6600gt but I checked your old board and it's a pcie x16 just like the old board, so I assume it would fit. But seriously, if you want to fork out 100 dollars for a new board, I think you should save up and upgrade.
