Need input on ideas for my new machine

Ok, so I've decided to just build a whole new one. Need it anyway. Please provide input as you want on what you think for what I've chosen here, also, would like ideas on a PS. Here it is:

DOH! Forgot to say what it was for, sorry. It's going to be used for gaming. I have my business rig done and working fine, my old gaming rig works, but not to my high expectations on the newer games, i.e. Crysis. I already have a nVidia 9800 GT PCI-E Vid Card, and I'm just going to clone and image my old gaming HD onto the new one. Anyway, I figure I'm willing to go to about 15-1600 on the budget. What I've picked so far I like though. I may have a good budget, but if I don't have to spend an extra $100, just to get an extra 10 ms faster performance, then I'm not going to.
