SATA drive adapter

I have a Dell E310, (i know not exiting) but I am adding a sencond SATA drive to ghost the 1st, however, when I opened the case the existing SATA drive is snapped into a "quick release" plastic adapter that then slides into the chassis bracket. Dells happens to be a light blue and has 2 finger clamps that release it from the chassis.

what is this called and where can I get it. (as in is it a Internet only device or can I go to a local PC specialty shop)

Thanks

If you're wanting to get another plastic adapter like in some of the pictures here:

Getting it from Dell would be the easiest thing to do...
