AMD Build

How is this AMD build. I'm not trying to go over $550 with the budget. Potential build for current games(excluding Crysis).

CPU

MOBO

Optical Drive

Case

HDD

RAM

PSU

GPU

What could I switch out to make better? That's in the same price range as the original part if someone recommends a better part.

I already know I can upgrade memory and HDD. Mainly concerned on CPU/MOBO/GPU.

Thanks

I don't think the Thermaltake PSU is up to the challenge. I would strongly suggest squeezing in a: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817104037

Only problem is it has only 2 SATA power connectors, but you can always use molex-SATA converters if you need more.

The Thermaltake has very low +12v amperage, and isn't as quality as the FSP. Other than that seems fine.

Looks good. I would get a 'Retail' DVD Burner that includes software. I agree with liambl on the PSU swap.

8800GT is more than enough to run any game available today, at least on medium settings and resolution.
