Pre-built? Price?
Or if you're building yourself, what is your budget? Are you going to overclock?

Way overkill.
You could build yourself for less money, and just slightly less performance. |

No time!
Bigger is better right & how much money could I actually save? This guy is making $300 mabye $400 tops, I'm alright with that. I own a Moving Company out of Denver CO. & we are about to go national, I build our existing web-site and another, believe me when I tell you that this beast will be used.
Why so negative anyways, jealous? |

First off don't get the Samsung HDD's I've just heard bad things about them. Go with Seagate. You don't need a 4.0GHz CPU. What do you plan on doing with this system anyway?

He is making more like $1000-1200 on it. You have to remember he buys from distribution which has much lower prices than newegg

what you have speced out is a hi end gaming PC, and sounds like what you need if the PC is used for business is something more in the server vane and that is stable. An Oced PC would not be considered a stable platform for businees use. A RAID 0 is for speed and not stability. If a drive dies in RAID 0, you lost all data..

Thanks for the Advice!
Thanks everyone for your expert advice, I learned alot.
I am going to use this computer for games when I have time off. I'm going to get a 26' inch 1080p monitor just for that too. I know you-guys think I could of saved alot of money if I built it myself, but thats why we have guy's like you out there for. I have to do my part to help the economy, right. -I'm going to get an external hard drive and back up my work when needed. -I got rid of the HDD. -I got a new sound card & went with a different HD TV tuner. -Those samsungs have excellent reviews on newegg I' not a patient man & Love speed with my cars, computers, ect..... All in all I think I got a good deal, even Cyber Power couldn't beat it & who wants to deal with their crappy customer service. I went through that 3 years ago when I bought the beast I'm using now. Thermaltake Armor+ VH6000BWS Black LOGISYS Computer CLK12BL 12" Cold Cathode kit Red Antec Tricool 120mm Red LED Case Fan Corsair TX 650W Intel Core 2 Quad Processor Q9650 4.0GHz Tuniq Tower 120 Asus P5Q-E Corsair Dominator DDR2-1066 8GB (4 x 2G CL5 2x Samsung HD103UJ 1TB SATA2 7200rpm 32MB (RAID 0, 2TB total) SonyNEC Optiarc BR-5100S-0B SATA 2X Blu-ray Drive SonyNEC Optiarc AD-7191S-0B 20X Lightscribe Dual Layer SATA DVD+/-RW VisionTek Radeon HD4870X2 2GB Avermedia AVerTVHD MTVHDA18R - Dual Tuner, HDTV ASUS Xonar D2 Super Talent INT-AIN1-C All-in-One USB2.0 Internal Card Reader Microsoft Windows Vista Ultimate 64-bit Price: $3,291 ($3,441 with 3 day shipping) |

Just for grins, and the undoubted curiousity of other members, I totaled up the exact same system at Newegg.com. The total with 3day shipping was $2,896; a savings of $544.
Enjoy the system though, it should be a screamer.

So with distribution pricing that makes it maybe a 30 point product on parts (assumes newgg is 10 over distribution cost). Factor in the labor and it may be a 15 to 20 point product. That's pretty dang thin--I don't know how these people stay in business.
