how to connect antec 300 case fans to mobo

Hello - antec 300 case fans have a molex connector. I think I would like to connect them to the mobo but I don't know how to do that. And do you recommend doing that way or should I just connect to the PSU ( corsair HX620 )?

Do they run constantly at one speed that way?

Isn't it better to let the system adjust fan speed ( I know the 300 fans have that little slow/med/high button ) through the mobo?

I just set them to low, or med, and leave them at that. I personally prefer that to the mb adjusting them.

Ok, I'll probably do that, but.....

Thanks for the quick reply, Shadowpr. I'll probably just do what you recommend and connect them to the PSU.
But if I find I don't like it that way is there an adapter I could buy which would allow me to connect to mobo?
One more question: I've got a spare 120mm fan that I'd like to mount on the front but it only has the 3 pin connector; could I just hook that to the mobo or would I be better off connecting to the PSU as well. Is there an adapter to do that?

This might work: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16812189119

Check the connections to make sure they will fit before you buy. I usually end up buying the wrong one, and then having to buy a different one. (At least I have spares though.)
