Step by step Instructions should be in the Mothboard manual that was included with the motherboard.

The TWO 4-pin connectors the video card requires should be available on the power supply. Either that or the video card should come with some type of adapter that will allow you to connect it to the PSU connectors.

But yes... read the instruction manuals included with all of your components so you will have a better sense of what to do.

The GTX260 OC2 has two *6* pin connectors, from what I can find.

What PSU do you have?

Thats exactly what I saw on a few of the models I looked at on Newegg too. Two SIX(6) pin connectors from what I can see on the photos.

Yeh sorry there are TWO 6 pin connecters and I have the ocz 600w psu and theres a few cables that come off it, the main power cable, which goes in the mobo, another 8 pin cable that I have pluged in near the heatsink. and I have a bunch of molex wires that dont seem to go anywhere, I dont know if you have to connect the molex cables together?

Also there seems to be a spare cable coming from the psu, that really dont seem to go anywhere, theres no sockets on the mobo that it can go into. Theres not one free socket on the mobo only tiny sockets of LED's ect.

From left to right...

4-pin molex for any device that requires it... SATA power connector for any SATA drives or devices you have... 24-pin main power connector that goes to the motherboard to power it... 4 or 8-pin 12v connector that goes into the motherboard to power the processors... and last... the 6-pin PCI-E connectors that go to your video adapter.

OK I have to red power cables coming from the psu to my grapgics card so thats working now but the computer turns on for 5 seconds and then turns it's self off, I can only think that theres a problem with the power.

This is so frustrating, anyone who has a p35 neo2 board and the ocz 600w psu PLEASE tell me where you have the cables pluged in. Thanks for you time so far

Sounds like you do not have your heatsink/fan installed properly and your processor is overheating.

Reread the instructions and make sure the heatsink is secure and making good contact with the processor.

Thanks for all your help guys, its all up and running, vista installed and crysis lol but I have no sound. The monitor has speakers but no sound from them, I have plugged in my headphones still no joy, I have installed the CD's that came with my computer, still nothing. I have gone to device manager and everything there is fine, its saying the sound is installed and working, nothing is set to mute. Please help if you have any ideas, could it be one of the connectors on the motherboard?

Thanks again!

What audio cables? lol what dod they look like, I have about 20 spare cables.

EDIT --- I have just looked through my cables and the monitor has not even got a hole for any cables. Im sure its something to do with them tiny usb like wires that go into the motherboard. I think its not in properly or something, because the computer is telling me there is sound but its just not coming out lol how many more things are going to go wrong lol

What is the make and model of your monitor?

For audio to work... you need a output source and a input source. Your pc is obviously the output source... you just now need a input source... that could be standalone speakers, headphones, or in your case... the monitor with built in speakers. Either way... you need a cable running from the speakers to the onboard sound card on your motherboard.

It's a cibox 22" monitor, The cables that came with it is just power lead and monitor to hard drive (the one with blue bits that screw in)

But there is another slot in my monitor but thats for another blue plug, no little holes or anything.... Anyone who has a monitor the same as mine please help!

It should have come with an audio cable if it was retail:

Here is where the audio port on the monitor is:
