1st time, wanna make sure its right

hey this is my first comp im building for my parents, its just going to be a typical home pc, nothing too fancy, but just enough to get the job done.

Hex the Apevia power supply unit and the ECS motherboard. Go with a more reliable quality brand.

What is your actual budget?

Do you have an operating system, or will you have to buy that with the budget as well?

alright i think i got it. im going wih the psu an hdd as well as the second mobo. and i have a friend thats going to sell me an operating system. well that was easy, thanks a ton you guys!

Be careful of friends selling you software, make sure its legit first.

That optical drive looks fine.

If you pay a little more... you can get a retail boxed one that includes dvd playing and writing software.
