I would say it's rather inexpensive given it's good quality. It has 8 phase power circuitry (makes the board stable and good for overclocking), solid capacitors (will make the board last longer), has 8 SATA ports, a good amount of BIOS options for overclocking (meaning you have a lot of options for tweaking in case you want to get a really good overclock) and PCIe 2.0 (which matches well with your 9600GT).

Just a note about overclocking your processor, your ram will limit your overclock to 2.66GHz. If your ram is CAS4, you can overclock the ram to 800MHz and CAS5 to get your overclock to 3.2GHz, however if you want to get your processor that high, you'll want to get an aftermarket heatsink such as the AC Freezer 7 Pro: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835186134

I own that heatsink lol that is why I want to overclock...my temps are in the 25-30c my computer is ready.. haha

ok so what all do I need to do in order to overclock? get rid of the 4gb (2x2gb) 677mhz and get something better? if so what? and what type of mobo should I look into that will give me outstanding results with good stability life...

I want to be able to play crysis at 1680 x 1050 in ultra high graphics running at 50-60 fps.

What do I do? lol

The MOBO that Masaki 7-11 referenced to will work fine.
For RAM, look at some DDR2 PC6400. Newegg has some good deals 2X1 GB and 2X2 GB.

You might be able to push the ram a bit to get up to 2.8GHz without having to switch ram, if you plan on getting it higher, you will need DDR2-800 ram, I've found Mushkin ram to work well.

Of those two, I would go for the Asus. P5Q series is very nice. If you're wanting to play at that detail and res, you're gonna need a lot more than that 9600GT...
