Computer Case
My daughter's e-Machines T2890 won't run when the power button is pressed. I swapped the front panel with her brother's, including the switch, and it still doesn't work. E-Machines sells power supplies, but none that specifically states it works in a T2890.
The power supply is a Bestec ATX-250-12E, rated at 250W. Will this case work on this PC? If not, is there a cheap case that will work?: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811121054 I'm a total nube with compatability of computer components, the changes to PCs have come faster than I cared to keep up with them. I prefer to futz with old cars, but I can hanclle parts swapping in most any appliance or machine, PCs included. -Jerry |

Get a new PSU from a quality manufacturer and drop it in there.
Emachines are known to installed poor quality PSUs. |
