Intel Pentium 4 Hyper Threading Technology 3.0GHz
4GB DDR2 667 kingston Ram
Sapphire Radeon X1600 PRO 512 MB
MotherBoard Does Support HyperThreading.
40GB hardrive i know eventualy im gana upgrade this to 500 but for now its fine.

Would Glady apriciate your guys time and Opinion, Thanks.

So far it looks like a pretty decent deal, I would check what type of motherboard and PSU is used; if they are satisfactory it will be relatively easy to upgrade in the future and shouldn't give you problems in the meantime. For games the processor is ok, however the video card lags quite a bit compared to newer video cards; you should be able to play most games at medium/low settings with no lag on a 19 inch (or lower) monitor. A good video card will cost just under $100 and would allow you to play most games at high/max settings with no lag on a 19 inch (or lower) monitor. Most games are still GPU dependent, so the processor won't have too much impact on gaming unless you have either a very CPU dependent game (strategy games are usually more CPU dependent than other types of games) or you have a very good video card.

+1.
You definitely want to be sure about the power supply.
Based on experience with the X1600 PRO I can say that it will lag from time to time with just about any game with substantial graffix demands.
You can get an HD3870 for 100 buck these days. It will do all that you need.
As long as the PSU can handle it!

can you guys please explain *PSU* And if the power supply doesnt meet the demands of the graphic card, that alone can cause bad experiance with the graphic card?

PS. my bro is not useing a Visiontek HD2600 PRO 512 MB i just thought the saphire x1600 was better... your guys thoughts?

PSU stands for Power Supply Unit, it's the box inside the computer which has the connection for the power cable and usually a on/off switch. On the side of the PSU it will usually tell you what brand and wattage it is as well as amperage and other information. Take a look at the brand and wattage.

The HD2600 PRO is better than the X1600 PRO by 30-40% in most games.

What is the make and model of the PSU?

The current 250 watt PSU won't leave much room for upgrades.
