POST test cards...

Hello, I was wondering if anyone here had ever used one of these? If so, do they work/are they worth buying? They fit in a PCI slot and help in troubleshooting.

I have been using the SOYO TechAID for many years, probably since they first came out around 5 or 6 years ago, to be honest if you reach the point where an "out of case minimum hardware build" and component substitution is not working and the TechAID is your last resort, then the likely hood is the mobo is goosed anyway.
From experience, most of us old farts around here can isolate a fault very quickly by substitution and a TechAID is only going to backup our argument to RMA a mobo if the mobo is elidgeable to be RMAed.
Bottom line "there is no substitute for hands on experience".
