Quick Temp. Question...

My CPU idle's at 39C, is that good?
Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHZ

And how do I check its temp under full load
I mean I know how to, but how do I get it under full load?
Thanks

That temp seems fine.

In all honesty, don't worry about it unless your overclocking, or having temp related problems.

If you want to see temp under load, then use a program like orthos, or prime95 to stress test the cpu and monitor temps.
