Swapping out cases and installing a new DVD CD AND VIDEO TUNER BOARD?
I just posted a post on building a new computer. However, for now I would like to if possible simply swap out what I have thats new along with parts on this computer into my new case?
I have a new DVD/ Memorez, dvd recorder, lightscribe max-530L A new sony CD NEC OPTIARC AND a Sabrent PCI TV TUNER WITH VIDEO CAPTURE. My current DVD AND CD dont work well and I want to install them, but thought I may try and swap it all into my new case. The once I build a new computer from scratch, then I can use this one in the shop. any pitfals for intalling hardware. I have never done so before? Is it easy. Or maybe for now, just swap the new parts into the old case and use the new case for the new computer? Dave |

As long as the new hardware is support by your old system... then it should be good to go.
