upgrading mobo & more, need advice

i built my comp in 04 and i want to upgrade the mobo now, but i am also interested in 4 gb of ram, a new processor, and a video card that will be compatible with bd rom drives... can someone tell me if this list of stuff from newegg is all compatible please? i think it is, but i am wwwayyy rusty on this. thanks much (i do know i want the atx board for my existing case)
i would like to be able to do this for about 300 bucks, if anyone has better ideas, i am def. open to suggestions!

It's all compatible, but DDR2-1066 is a waste. DDR2-800 is plenty and with that processor, DDR2-667 is even acceptable. Make sure your power supply meets ATX 2.0 specs, there weren't too many of those back in 04.

thanks for confirming that, i will do the 800 instead. one more question, will the video card i have picked out work for playing blu rays with this drive:

Nope. It's only a 20 pin, and it's a low quality unit too. The best ATX 2.0 PSU for the money right now is an Antec Basiq 500 at 40 bucks.
