New build...need suggestions

Hello. I am considering a new build again. So far, here's what I have picked out. I mainly need suggestions for a power supply, but would like to hear your opinons and any suggestions you have for everything else.

Note: I am cheap. I do zero gaming, nor will I ever. I do no video editing. I usually buy last year's stuff... sometimes even older... never buy the latest.

Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131172
PSU: ??? this is where I need your help... I want to spend as little money, yet get a PSU that's fully capable of running this setup. I'll be running two HDDs, one, possibly two DVD burners and about 2 GB of RAM. How many watts should I get? How many amps per 12V rail?

About the mobo, can you recommend an affordable (less that $75) ATX form factor one? The one listed above is a microATX form factor, but I already have a regular ATX case I'd like to use.

What do you think so far of this setup? PSU recommendations?

Thanks.

A micro ATX mobo will fit in an ATX case no problem. Here is a good budget PSU- http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817371019.

No problem using the 20+4 pin plug with the 24-pin connector?

Yes, that just means it will work with a 20 pin mobo.

Is the heatsink and fan that come with the CPU sufficient to keep it cool?

Yes as long as you don't overclock it.
