Buying PC Parts

I have a question about buying PC parts. I don't quite have enough money to build the PC I want to at the moment but will have the money when the semester starts again ( via a scholarship, I'll get the money back), but I do have enough money to buy a few parts now. Is it safe to buy parts and not use them for about a month or a little more? These are the parts that are in my build that have rebates on them at the moment:

If you wait too long and/or send in the rebates you'll have to handle any warranty transactions through the manufacturer rather than Newegg. I just bought that same memory from Newegg and the first pair failed memtest86+ testing. I waited to send in the rebate so I exchanged with Newegg but cut it pretty close on getting the UPC sent in. I wouldn't sit on anything for a year but a month should be okay.

I would wait and get all the parts at once. Most Newegg items have a 30 day return policy so if anything would happen to be faulty you won't have any problems returning them.
You might take a look at Corsair PSU's also.
