System Volume in Hard Drives
I just build my system and as far as Hard Drives I have a Seagate Barracuda 7200rpm 500gb and a WD Velociraptor 10000rpm 300gb. Everything in BIOS went fine it recognized everything but when I went to load Vista and it allowed me to choose which drive I wanted to install it too I initially chose the WD drive however it said there wasnt enough system volume in this drive but that there was in the Seagate Drive. It recognized all the space in both drives so I'm wondering what this means? thanks.

Is the WD a new blank drive? If not, wipe it and try again.

You still have to create a partition - even if you only create one and it covers the whole drive.
