Advice on $600 build
Well my 8 year old desktop died recently so I need a new one, just looking for advice if any of the parts are bad or not compatible or if there is anything of comparable price that is better. It would be nice to keep it under $600 but I can go up to $700 if there's anything that would drastically improve performance.
I'll be using it mainly for games that aren't graphic intensive and everyday stuff like browsing the internet, watching movies and school work. Welcome to PCMech.
A few minor ideas for you to consider: First, DDR2-800 would be fine instead. Second, consider a DVD Burner that comes with software. Finally, do you need Windows?
